Miami vs. Va Tech

I am watching the Miami/Va Tech game and I really don't get it. They are playing in Miami and the crowd is barely larger than a Tulane crowd in the Superdome. I understand that both teams are not in the Top 25 but that doesn't matter. These are two huge schools in terms of college football. I have seen other Miami games and the crowds are pathetic. So why in the world would a top high school player want to play there. I get the whole South Beach thing but wouldn't a great player want to play in front of huge crowds. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Did anyone hear Jesse Palmer say that Logan Thomas can make throws that 95% of the NFL QBs can't? Seriously what the frick is that guy smoking? I can't believe he just said that...
