The only thing this smoke-screen of 7-0 has done is hasten Mullen's exit for greener pastures. And what job wouldn't be a step up from MSU?
When Auburn and Arkansas struggle, it's surprising. When MSU doesn't struggle it's equally surprising. That is who you are. The best you'll ever be is a potential spoiler to a better team on their way to a title.
It all comes crashing down tonight. The nation will see that Bama has already played the best team in Mississippi, and that at least they put up a fight.
