Beginning to wonder if Grantham is going to be a successful college DC

We appear to have physical talent the defensive squad just doesn't play as a team. Our DL rarely make a tackle and the LB's don't seem to be able to fill the gaps quickly enough to prevent 4 yards by the time a RB is tackled. Should we be playing a 4-3 with the personnel we have?

he had a good run last year vs. inferior competition and a brilliant half in the seccg. otherwise it's been mediocre or worse.
