A&M fans, I don't want to hear this shite about "oh we hung with Florida for a half". Yeah, you did, and then got merked in the second half once Florida got it's head back in it. And then you're going to give the whole La Tech argument which is way more embarrassing than it is an accomplishment. And then you're going to give the argument that LSU's offense isn't all the great blah blah blah blah.

The fact remains, the only worth while defense they've faced is Florida who completely shut them down once they got accustomed to A&M's offense. I'm not convinced that A&M can hang with Bama/LSU/USCe/UGA/ and obviously not Florida. I think tomorrow morning will be a bit of a reality check when A&M meets an SEC defense that's had some film to study and not having the advantage of Johnny Football sneaking up on anyone.

LSU - 24 A&M - 10

Nope.
We shouldn't play tomorrow.
Poor little Texas A&M.

No doubt he's been great so far, but I think this is something being overlooked my many. UF has a solid D, but had no idea what he could do. After burning them in the 1st half, they made adjustments in 15 minutes and shut him down.

I'm not saying he won't get his yards against us, but I'm pretty confident in our ability to limit him.

Not joking, but I wouldn't mind if LSU and Bama played each other 12 times a year and that was the season for both.

If there is any SEC powerhouse T&A has a chance at beating, it's got to be LSU.

I agree, I'm surprised a lot of people aren't talking about the fact that Florida had no idea who this kid was. I'll give him his due, he's a great player. But like you said, Florida made adjustments in 15 minutes and shut him down. What do they think a premier SEC defense do with film to study on the kid

Lets go with 11 times. Still need to play UT one time per year

Why you hating on TAMU about hanging on with UF for a half? That's all LSU. Glass houses man.

Glass houses? Because I seem to recall the same thing being said by quite a few Florida fans right after the game.

Wishing thinking my friend, can't win with no defense against a pretty damn good run game.

It all comes down to which LSU team shows up. If it's the LSU that rolled South Carolina, my Ags are boned. If it's the LSU that played Towson and Auburn, I like our chances.

I'm comfortable being the underdog in this one as we really haven't proven anything against top-notch opponents yet. Although they won't admit it, there are many Tiger fans that are a little jittery about this one.

JFF had one bad half out of 12. Keep hoping that one is the norm instead of the 11 others. An average player he is not.

It's good to hear a little logic. You're absolutely right, if the LSU of towson and auburn shows up then yes the aggs will pull off the upset. If the LSU against USCe shows up, it's gonna be a long night for the Aggies. And i'll admit to being on of the nervous ones, but I'm confident they'll show up of defense for sure because of A&M's gaudy numbers on offense. It'll be run, run, run, run, slant route, run, run, run. Probably be a boring game for the most part.

1. You haven't played a defense like LSU.

2. You gave up 57 points to LA TECH! LSU is going to run all over you.

No one called him average, he's a great player. But, he's put up big numbers against some questionable defenses at best. His worst half game against one of the better defenses in the SEC once the learned the kid was pretty good.
