Being upset and devastated about their games yesterday, I can tell you that I and Ole Miss fans are equally as upset. I wake up replaying the Ole Miss game in my head and if we win that game, what type of season we may have.. Still totally disgusted. And I still don't think most give us credit for what we are capable of doing. But we obviously have yet to validate any of that potential with a win against a team like A&M.

It now makes AU a must win for next week.

Someone console me with something. I'm hurting inside.

I think just the opposite for yopu guys. Freeze seems to be maximizing the potential with his players.

Ole Miss played well last night. They did get the gift of a lot of turnovers and really failed to capitalize on them. That being said the offense is night and day better than last year and the players are believing they can win. They will be dangerous because they realize they have nothing to lose.

They will beat Auburn.

Yall played better than I expected you to against a quality opponent in TAMU. We just lost to Vanderbilt at home. You are on the upswing, we are not. Console in that.

I was on the losing end of too many of those types of games in 2011, Arkansas, OkState, Mizzou, KSU...

Last night was a heartbreaking loss. Our guys played great, but one bad coaching decision and one bad pass cost us the game. That being said, Hugh Freeze cannot be demonized for his bad decision (the bad decision was not going for it on 4th down, it was going for it from the shotgun). He has made so many right calls this season and in last nights game. Hell, it's even a bit nice to have the problem of saying "if we would have ____, we would have won the game). We didn't have the coaching or effort to even be in the position to say that last year. The last two losses were tough, but I am still so proud of this team. They are giving maximum effort with 72 scholarship players. They outplayed A&M last night and deserved to win. Unfortunately, the two don't always correlate. Hugh will learn from that decision and become a better coach for it.

you guys are about 100 times better than you have been in the last few years, and 10 times better than the current auburn team. I think you beat auburn easily, most likely beat arkansas as well. and yes, you should have won the A&M game. Sometimes a punt is the answer

I was watching on TV when Freeze had his brain fart. IIR, the ball was just across the Ole Miss 40 yard line, right? Like the 43 or so? The Camera flashes to Freeze and you can tell he is pissed about the spot and angrily mouths, "Go for it."

And the entire world with nothing invested in the game (me) gives a confused look and says, "Really?"

I'm not knocking Freeze...well, I am; he blew the game. But it was in the heat of passion. He seems to be a true believer. Did Ole Miss have any time outs at that point? If so, why didn't some cooler head on the sideline get in his ear and plead/beg him to call time out and think about what he was doing?

I still don't hate aTm, so I wasn't pulling against their players, but I do hate about 2/3rd of the aggie fans that douche up the SECr now. I really wanted Ole Miss to win because of them.

The only thing OM has to watch out for is an emotional hangover couple with a staff at Aub that is probably coaching for their jobs. OM has to get back up to play b/c I think Saturday is Aub's last gasp effort

Stoms, I have been saying this all morning about auburn to all my fellow Rebels. Chizik is playing for his job Saturday. Despite the fact that we should beat them, it would be a humiliating loss after the last two seasons to get beaten convincingly by our team. Auburn comes out Saturday playing like its the national title game in my opinion. Nobody expects them to beat A&M or Alabama or Georgia but they see us as their last best hope at decent SEC win. I'm afraid we come out flat after the crushing defeat last night.

My sentiments exactly.

Please for the love of all that is holy, don't let this happen.
