No, why would we? All 109k fans got together before the game and each threw a $20 in a big burlap bag with a dollar sign on the front for the refs.

All we asked them to do was give us one free first down during the game...but we specified that it must be given at a time that Bama absolutely didn't need it. We really wanted to mix things up this time.

Your sarcasm is ripe with guilt (and sprinkled with satisfaction).

The OP is pathetic.
What's wrong with someone who would devote that much energy to come up with something like that? Has 21-0 ramped up that inferiority complex that much? Do you think the refs are the reason for 21-0?

Good idea. I'd clearly challenge a spot like that.

I didn't know you we're a college football coach.

Ah. Faulty logic.

So you not throwing a flag makes it faulty logic?

1. Show me where OM sideline looks disagreeable or concerned with the spot.
2. Show me the points this spot resulted in
3. Instead of the god of just the ref, let's see a gif of the play and the ref.

I want to believe Alabama is really disciplined, but I watch their games and they get away with a lot of seemingly obvious penalties, particularly in the holding category.

So then stay out of the thread if you don't want to discuss it? However, if you'd like to comment on the fact that I showed you actual (non-cherry picked) statistics that would naturally cause any reasonable unbiased person to question the integrity of the SEC officials and to cause doubt as to whether or not there has been any misconduct occurring seems likes a pretty relevant topic for a message board entitled "SEC Rant".

Or, I suppose you could simply stay within your comfort zone and stick to the standard Bamalite reply "Twuntee-Wun-tah-Zeruh".

Y'all don't find anything fishy about the ref marking his spot with his foot and then slowly creepy his foot half a yard farther which go so happened to be even with the first down marker?

Nope. I do find it weird that people are obsessing over a play that happened on the first drive of the ball game against fricking Ole Miss. Have some dignity, people. It's getting pathetic.

You're right it's one big conspiracy. The REC has the entire world paid off.

That's just how we roll.

The human brain will often make you see what you want to see and hear what you want to hear. I'm sure if I watched an auburn game meticulously I'd be able to point out holding on every play too.

Every offensive linemen holds, when it's obvious it gets flagged. There's no bammer conspiracy theory, you're all just paranoid

Not bitching about the refs, just pointing out the statistical anomaly that Bama usually isn't penalized as much as their opponents except when SEC officials aren't part of the equation.

Also, 9-6

Okay great, you've proved your prowess at harnessing the power of dictionary.com, now in that definition:

quote:

A false belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence

Where or what exactly is the 'invalidating evidence' to show me (or any other reasonable human being) that the idea of any kind of bias is completely crackpot, or as you might copy and paste, "a symptom of mental illness?"
