click to be humble

Good stuff there. Every time I hear about the "entitlement attitude" of 2010 I wonder who the worst offenders were.

That’s what hurt the 2010 team, Johnson said. Fresh off a national championship, Johnson said that team was weakened by selfishness. There was a sense of entitlement for success and some players felt they could slide by on talent alone.

Johnson said some players who felt they were going to be first-round draft picks had a “don’t care” attitude, which crippled the mindset of a very talented team and helped trigger a three-loss season

I read an article in which Barrett Jones pretty much said the same thing....is they throwing shots at Julio,Ingram,Dareus and Carpenter. They were the 1st rounders taken in the 2011 draft

Julio was nursing an injury most of that season so I don't think that he had that mindset. I have a hard time thinking Ingram would have let the complacency bug get to him.

Julio was very pissed after the Iron Bowl loss and reportedly reamed the whole team out on the bus ride back to Mal Moore.

I've heard from people inside the program that Ingram and Dareus got a big head after 2009.

I can see that. No way in hell it was Julio though.

I can certainly believe Dareus, just have a hard time with believing that about Ingram. Not saying it isn't true.

I wonder about Dre during that time period also.
