I heard this stat on Round Table just now. If we beat Ole Miss this weekend (currently -30.5), this would be the first time in Alabama history that we have started 5-0 for five years in a row. The guy who found it said that the only other team that did that that he was aware of was Notre Dame of the 1940's.
