Yeah, I mean it just opened a couple of months ago. It's on Greensboro, literally right beside Mugshots.

Downtown bars suck because they're downtown and it's not convenient.

I've walked downtown plenty of times.

They're rebuilding. I think the back part is open now, but you have to enter from the back.

Also, everyone should get a sandwich at Roly Poly. Prob. the best sandwich ever.

Bump, and to add Steel City Pops to the Dining (dessert) list. Check it out if you haven't. There's also two in Birmingham if you don't live in Tuscaloosa

Thanks for the bump. Was intending to sticky this as the season drew closer but I know I would have forgotten.

Anyone have any good places to live in the area? I lived in a house as a student about 5 years ago but may be moving for a job soon in northport. Probably looking for a one bedroom apartment.

Always get a gallon of sauce to go.

Also the Archibalds\Woodrows out by Academy has the best smoked wings I have ever had.

As long as you don't go west of 359, you should be alright. There are a lot of new apartments here; if you have a job you might can afford one of the better ones. Not as many students would live there

Breakfast - Waysider or City Cafe

Lunch - City Cafe, Taco Casa, or Archibald's

Dinner - DePalma's, Nick's, Chuck's, or Kozy's(is it still around? Never in that part of town when I get back home)

Bars - Don't get to them often, but probably go to Egan's most. Hated it when I was in school, but appreciate it more now. Went to Druid City Brewing's Tap Room last week and enjoyed it as well.

Entertainment - Ogling coeds on campus.
