In 2010, he led the SEC in rushing and had better YPC than Lattimore. Through his first three games of 2010, he had 79 rushing yards. Through his first three games of this season, he has 191 rushing yards.

Our offensive line tends to get better as the season progresses, and we should be getting our FB Kiero Small back in a few weeks. He only took full contact in one practice before the season, so these first two or three games were to get the rust off. Let's see how the rest of the season plays out before you rantards begin circle jerkin over the flagship.

And that's putting it nicely. We should just have Bentonville's o-line play the rest of the year for us.

What has surprised me more than anything though is his fumbles.

Our idiotic coaching staff thought it was a great idea to allow Davis to get tackled a total of only a few times in one practice before the season started.

What's happening to knile davis is a classic case of him not being able to run due to teams stacking the box because they know arky can't pass the ball.

You see this is the exact same reason gamecock fans we're saying he wasn't a better back. It's much different when teams know you are about to run it you have to have a real work horse in the backfield not just some speedster who average's 6ypc off draw plays because the opposing defense is weary of a 50yd bomb.

Imagine Tyler Wilson handing him the ball, running at 11 defenders with out an OL on the field.... that's what happened.

That's not the case at all. Wilson is a great QB possibly the best in the conference. Davis hasn't played well in any game and it wasn't because the opposing team was stacking th box

You have clue what you're talking about. Yes, Tyler Wilson can't throw the ball.. not the OL's fault for getting destroyed by JSU, ULM and Bama.

Not sure if serious. In 2010 we were lining up and beating the shite out of people up the middle with Knile. South Carolina should know that. He was getting the ball 25-30 times a game.

This is where I eat a shite sandwich. I SWORE he would put up #'s against Bama, primarily because I thought it was part of the "JLS Plan". Wow, couldn't have been more wrong.

Frankly, I think he's sucked arse lately because we haven't been too much of a threat in the air.

It's not Knile Davis that's the problem, if you haven't noticed.

His fumbles will argue that point.

Yea, GamecockAlum, that's what we're saying.

Ours is just a little more glaring than most, if not all.

"Our idiotic coaching staff thought it was a great idea to allow Davis to get tackled a total of only a few times in one practice before the season started."

And the irony of the above quote is - that was the last time the Arkansas defense tackled anybody.
