I was at the game yesterday. Since many of you watched the game on tv, WTF happened on the Sideline Warning on 4th and 1? Did the referee seriously think it was first down? I have never seen that before in my life. I know they blew several calls other and wanted to see what you had to say from watching it on the tube.

You cant be serious. We got some home cooking yesterday. It was bad on both sides but we got our share of the calls.

The sideline warning was just that. A warning when VanStache ran out on the field like we won the superbowl on 1st down.

Oook. You didn't answer my first question, but thanks for the opinion. Examples of homecooking since you want to get it off your back.

It wasn't 4th & 1, they got the 1st down on the previous play but the chain crew was confused or something. BVG was celebrating because he thought we got a stop on 4th down but it was really just a stop on 1st down.

This. A friend that was at the game texted me wondering what was going on as well. The refs gave us favorable spots and them poor spots, but other than that I didn't see a lot of home cooking. They called PI on us early that was a bad call, IMO, and we got away with one later. Both teams did their fair share of holding, but the refs weren't calling it at all.

No I dont think it was a first down. One of the refs signaled first down thinking it was. The ball was marked ~1/2 yard short.

The personal foul on the guy that KO'ed lotz was bs. It was not a foul. Gave us 15 yards and set us up for a score...

There were bad calls both ways too but to say we got screwed on calls was not true. I think we ended up on the better end after all was said and done.

Regardless of what you think, they signaled first down and that "4th down play" was actually 1st & 10

Did their QB ever get out of the tackle box on that play in the 4th Q when he threw it away?

Id have to see a replay bc it was close. They usually give the qb the benefit of the doubt.

Was 55 offsides on 4th and 2 that allowed them to tie the game?

I hate when people type "NC2A". It drives me crazy for some reason.

No, not on that on that play. Lemonier leaned forward pre-snap, but his feet didn't move until after the ball was snapped. He was clearly onsides on that play.

The other 2 or 3 offsides calls, he was clearly offsides.

The hit on Lutz shouldn't have been a flag, it was a clean hit. And Frazier owes him after that pass.
