Dewey has a great story but the piece just seemed like an intro and then ended. Rinaldi just explained it all at the end. Someone should get fired for that.

Yeah, I didn't think there was much of an up to it. Sorta odd, they're usually really good at that.

I thought the piece sucked too. His speech must have sucked since you didn't hear any of it.

I agree, I would like to know more about his story...I know about as much as I did before the segment.

For ESPN it wasn't about Dewey. It was about 3 more minutes of Alabama and Nick Saban.

Yeah, they didn't even tell us his story. Kind of lame and seemed forced.

I kept waiting to hear why he was in jail and what happened but they didn't say anything. Just showed clips of players watching him talk.

to be fair...ESPN has already covered dewey's story before...the focus was more about UA.

his story motivates the heck out of me every time i hear something about it.

Rinaldi's voice is beyond obnoxious. And ESPN has used him so much that the dramatic pauses have lost all effect.

There was an awesome story on ESPNU this morning about Urben Meyer signing a contract with his family that said he had to hang out with them at least an hour a day, and he has to talk to his son... :( poor bastard

"And that's when Brian found out his dog had testicular cancer. Brian was heartbroken, he was shaken to his core. From that point on Brian planned to help Bandit live his live to the fullest. He took him skydiving, scuba diving, and even to the top of Mt. Everest. He wore a special dog collar for each game he played in to remind himself of the pain Bandit was in."
