I went looking for some info, after seeing that he won his game yesterday. Congrats Coach McElwain!

Congrats to him. I watched some of that game. That is the biggest win of the year right there for him. Instant hero by beating, the hated Buffs.

It was a solid win, watched the last quarter. Similar offense playcalling and formations.
Colorado blew it so badly, though. They get a turnover, in the redzone, get to the goalline, fumble on 3rd down and it's returned 99 yards for a touchdown.
But it's called back, the runner was down short of the goal and before the fumble.
So instead of kicking a chip shot FG for the lead, they go for it, and their QB throws it out the back of the endzone. CSU football
