I am free and clear this year but i feel there are two on the horizon for 2013.

I had two in 2009(one was the fricking UGA game) but have been lucky since.

If you're from the south and you schedule your wedding on a fall saturday, you are an idiot.

Got some friends that have to go to one. They didn't even schedule it for a GT away game. They have to miss the stadium.

Fricking in law cousin... Labor day weekend home opener. She and future husband are both Gator alum. They should know better.

Bye week or GTFO

I have cool friends. They, like me, would never schedule their wedding for the fall and force themselves and others to miss a fall Saturday.

Had a dumba$$ friend who scheduled his wedding the day of the '99 UT/Florida game.

To his credit, he did have a big screen at the reception...and a free bar to drown our sorrows after the game....in a related note, I think Alex Brown just got another sack.

The one scheduled for the South Alabama game is the only one I'm going to.

I have a friend getting married on game day. Not going though. He gets that people will be absent.

Well it's an all week thing. I think it's more about it being in Vegas than anything else.

edit: I guess there really aren't that many games that week. I didn't care about that at the time.

Skip the wedding, drop a few Benjamins on the gift and all will be forgiven.
