I forgot him when he signed with somebody other than Bama. He will probably be a fine player but he doesn't interest me now. If he becomes an AA or All SEC receiver I will say damn I wish we had him

Won't matter when he gets double teamed and Franklin is scrambling for his life

South Carolina is DBU right now. He won't do much against us in his career.

No but seriously, I'm looking forward to seeing him play and who we will match up against him. We have already had 2 major injuries to our secondary during practices so I'm kinda worried.

In the spirit of the SEC gobbling up a clear #1, I am very interested in seeing him play well and have a successful NCAAF career. (except when they play LSU)

Always interesing to see how a super-hyped recruit performs as a true freshman in the SEC. The kid has great measureables. We'll see how he adjusts to the physicality and speed of college football. Looking forward to see whether or not our secondary can shut him down.

Yes....reminds me of the AJ Green and Julio Jones hype. Both held their ground and were easily worth their weight in gold. And now are.

He's going to get the AJ Green treatment. He'll put up some good numbers, but he won't lead the league in anything.

We eat all Americans for breakfast, and 1st round draft picks for supper. Now that you are in a defense rules league those figures will drop

The #1 player from 2011....

Seriously, I am concerned about Missouri's passing game, and our relatively inexperienced secondary that just got a little bit more inexperienced...

freshmen WR seem to be hit or miss. One of the hardest positions to come in and make an immediate impact at. But with this guys measurable and raw talent, I would be shocked if Mizzou did not have him ready to play

I would have to admit, this is a realistic view point.

It would also be realistic that Franklin can still pass the ball while running, and DGB is deceptively fast. Meaning he could probably clear an area out for Franklin to run. He is also a good blocker.

What if Franklin gets hurt? Just hope that doesn't happen. His backup is quite talented at passing the ball and can also run when needed. The combo of Mauk and DGB is both interesting and should be kinda scary for apposing teams.

DGB picked a team where he will have the least impact amd he will develop into a good receiver over time but he will have little impact in overall W/L for Mizzou. I’m just glad he didn’t go to a different SEC team where he would have made a real impact.
