journalistic integrity

quote:

Arkansas' was one of the most explosive offenses in college last year, but it lost a lot of production at receiver with the departures of Joel Adams and Jarius Wright.

However, freshmen D'Arthur Cowan, Brad Culp and Scotty Thurman now have chances to contribute early and often.

scotty thurman is like a coach on the field. A real gym rat. Faster than you'd think, too.

Yeah, he's #23. Him and this "culp" character are both walk ons I guess.

That article is horrible. Thurman and Culp are both walk-ons and Culp hasn't even been practicing because he is hurt.

I imagine he probably meant to say Keon Hatcher and Mekale McKay because both of those freshmen WR's will play and Hatcher is pushing to start.

How does this translate into, "poised for a big year?"

I think you're getting scotty thurman confused with scotty thurman.
