Ja'Juan Story a previous 4 star from Florida has transferred to TCU. He was previously a QB in high school but is a WR prospect in college. This makes the 3rd higher profile transfer to commit to TCU this year along with Aaron Green and David Jenkins.

I'm all for a strong TCU. Beat Texas for us.

Congrats. Great player.

I remember this dude. Auburn was after him hard. He had every measurable you wanted in a WR. Too bad UF is herp derp at passing the ball.

Is he as soft as David Jenkins?

So he needs more than just pre game doo doo's to play in the SEC?

Maybe, but how do you know?

He did put on some muscle at UF but other than that...he redshirted last year.

Florida put up better numbers throwing the football in 2011 than AU did.

LOL, I actually hear Jenkins has been doing well so far in practice. Maybe your coach was just a big meanie.

Like Auburn? You do know he didn't even play last year, right?

New OC leads to new hope, I hope.

So Jenkins isn't only soft, he's mentally weak. Got it.

Yeah, I think you nailed it.

What is funny is that after each of these transfers some fans of their former school have proceeded to tell TCU fans why that player is terrible or not good enough (Florida fans have been the nicest BTWs). Yet, Coach Patterson has been singing the praises of Green and Jenkins in practice so far. I guess that is to be expected but it is still funny to see the same pattern played out again and again. I don't know about Story yet but I think Green and Jenkins will do well at TCU.

FWIW, he said he wasn't fitting in at UF.

I don't know if that means he was buried on the depth chart or if he just didn't like it there.

It was kind of out of the blue regarding his transfer. I thought he may be able to get some PT this year since our WR core is not all world.

Weird actually. Good luck to the kid. He's raw and not the fastest in the world but I think he has some potential once he learns the WR position.

Like Auburn?

Yes. Exactly like Auburn. We sucked at passing the ball.

AU game plan last season..1st down run Dyer up the gut for no gain, 2nd down sweep to Omac for 2 yards, 3rd and long bubble screen to WR for 2 yard loss, punt.

Same thing here buddy. Gus went from hero to goat in one season.

I ready to see Auburn offense I grew up watching again. I swear I going to fap when we line up in the i formation.

Yeah, no way to know for sure but from what I was hearing from some other Gator fans is that the coaches that recruited him are no longer at Florida. I got the impression that played a big role in his decision. Of course, he was behind some other WRs so am sure that played a part as well. Hopefully, a new school will do him some good as he does have some solid high school highlights and seems to have plenty of potential. I don't know enough about Florida's WRs or offensive scheme to know how that may be similar or different from what TCU does.

We are in the same boat then. I hope it looks like Boise vs. UG.
