Will the Media/Fans Just Assume that Alabama Will Beat LSU in November?

With Bama being #1 now after LSU lost TM7, will there just be an assumption that when the two teams face each other again this year that Alabama will repeat January 9th? Will anyone give LSU a chance to pull the upset?
How disrespected will LSU feel going into that game? How much of a frothing cauldron of hate and intensity will Tiger Stadium be on that Saturday night?
I have a feeling that the whole country will just assume that Alabama is going to walk in and dominate LSU again. I think that it is all that LSU will hear no matter what they do prior to that game.

I'm sure either side will be aware of the shite talking USC has done since January about the SEC. Barkley started running his mount the night of the BCS title game. He hasn't stopped.

Just wondering about the narrative leading up to the game. For us fans, the story line and the conventional wisdom takes on a life of its own. It defintely affects how we interact here and in real life.
Curious as to what people here think.
Honestly, I sense a good bit of respect from the Bama fans here toward LSU and vice versa over that game. There is the usual trash talk from each side, but it comes across as false bravado to me. I think that both fanbases know we are in for a war.
But, the rest of the country and/or media? I am wondering if they will write off LSU and pick Alabama, kind of like they all picked LSU before 1/9?

I honestly think the prevailing media slant will be the "revenge factor". They will play up the hurt real or manufactured of LSU players and honestly as far as star power LSU takes the edge with Reid, Montgomery etc returning. Plus it is in BR so we will hear 700 times how the crowd in BR can set off the seismic sensors etc. I think Bama will be a 4 point dog barring a bed shitting by either team before the game.
I hope Bama wins but I need to see Bama secondary play live and Mett play live before I will hazard a prediction.

I think way too many people assume both teams will be undefeated come 11/3.
