Jon Gruden in the SEC?

I keep seeing his name floated by Arkansas and Vol fans who may have a job opening this next year or the year after.
I have several questions for the SEC Rant on this:
1) Do you think he ends up at either school?
2) Do you think he'd be a great college coach? Being a college coach is as much about being a great manager, recruiter, booster pleaser, and babysitter as it is about being a great "X's" and "O's" guy. He did a good job at Oakland, and briefly in Tampa before flaming out... but does he have the temperament to be a success in college?

I think Gruden would do very well at Tennessee and would probably have lights out recruiting up there. He could land 15 very good players a year just on his name alone and he has enough connections to bring in a really good coaching staff.
Not sure if he would have as much success recruiting at Arkansas though.

Gruden will coach again, but it'll be in the NFL not College.
He's an NFL guy.

There is no way he coaches at either arky or tenn, and I doubt he ever coaches again.

he would be a goddamn fool to coach at either Tennessee or Arkansas. Huge career fail if he goes to either place.....

1. no
2. absolutely. he's charismatic, can assemble a great coaching staff, and he has won at the highest level of this sport. he'd lure recruits by his name (fame) alone.

1) No
2) No I just don't think he has the temperment to coach in the college ranks, just like Saban and Spurrier didn't have it in the pro's. JMO
