Looking back at last year, what game result do you think was the biggest fluke, based on lucky/unlikely breaks, calls, etc.?

My guess would be South Carolina-Georgia. Georgia really outplayed them, but South Carolina got FOUR non-offensive touchdowns (fake punt TD, fumble return TD, interception return TD, and fumble return to the 5 resulting in a TD technically scored by the offense). What easily could have been a 42-17 Georgia blowout was instead a 45-42 South Carolina win.

The first time LSU - Bama met up.

Bama looked the stronger team through four quarters, blew it on special teams.

Yes, Arky/Vandy for sure. Actually, Arky/A&M is up there too. BYU/Ole Miss-I think BYU won by one point, but completely dominated that game.

Absolutely not even close, Auburn squeaking by Utah State.

What a joke. LSU outrushed Alabama in that game, total yardage was within about 50 yards of each other, and the so called special teams miscues were nothing but Bama trying FGs that were out of their kicker's range because they couldn't move the ball into FG range. You would seriously put this on the level with South Carolina getting four non-offensive TDs? Or Arkie getting a gift TD fumble return when Vandy was about to put the game away? Or Auburn scoring 14 points in the final minute against Utah St.?

Gumps gonna gump.

I was at this game and it was such a bizarre game to watch in person.

Walking out of Sanford, all the UGA folks had the same WTF look on their faces.

No, if anything, it was the other way around. Ole Miss gave that game away when their defense was shutting BYU down.

Wow, I'm not even going to get into this. That's like me picking the 9-6 game. I mean Alabama went TWO for SIX on field goals. They had more yards and first downs.

But my serious pick is probably Auburn over us. Not to say they weren't good or anything but there was no excuse for us to lose that at home.
