But you cant pick your own team. I'll go with Arkansas on paper they have the best QB in the conference and have a lot of receivers coming back.

You do realize this isn't the big 12....you come with that all passing game, and you get your arse handed to you in the SEC. I'm not sure you vols fans understand that yet. The very good teams (i.e. LSU and bama) will pound your arse with a brutal running attack...and mix in the pass. But hey, you go ahead and throw it 40 times a game...see where that gets you against the good d's. BTW.....who does arkansas have at wr in terms of "coming back". You realize they lost their top 3 right? Don't let hype of throwing the ball 40 times a game and having rec's with 80 and 90 receptions a year fool you into thinking that means they are great wr's.

If Petrino were still here, I'd agree. I think our offense takes a step back this season, John L is not our true battle captain.

You do realize that only 2 recievers caught more than 60 last year right? J. Wright - 66 and DaRick - 67.

Also, what the hell does this have to do with the Original post?

I'm honestly not sure how he caught that many with Sims and Worley chunking it around for most fo the season.

Not apples to apples, but look at Sumlin's offenses in the past. A&M is going to chunk the rock around a ton.

2011 - 6301 yards, 54 TDs (#1 in the nation)
2010 - 3927 yards, 34 TDs (3rd string QB)
2009 - 6072 yards, 47 TDs (#1 in the nation)
2008 - 5221 yards, 45 TDs (#2 in the nation)

Sims was worse than Rick Clausen. That's saying a lot.
