Everybody knows its easy to get arrested by the KPD- they take courses from the Oxford PD on how to unfairly arrest people

KPD and UTPD care way more about handing out underage drinking citations than they do armed robbery and rapes.

True statement, once saw a guy breaking into a car and called them and they didn't show up for 30 minutes. They couldn't even handle bears being on campus. Their fricking job is to protect the civilian public and they couldn't even stop some bears from eating 5 people
