If true that's worse than the Death Penalty.

Also does LSU get their 2007 Capital One Bowl loss wiped from the books?

For any lawyers in the house: This means no season correct? If so, 2012 or 2013?

Yes. That's the exact terminology used to issue SMU the "death penalty" back in the 80s.

Um, all caps is a horrible idea for an "official" transmission.

If the NCAA uses all caps in a release i will fast for a day

I don't buy it.

Bowls do no tot come under NCAA sanction, they are an outside entity. The norm though is the particular bowl committee takes a vote and follows NCAA sanction. Sugar bowl voted and vacated OSU win, etc.

That's what it sounds like, but I thought an insider said earlier today that it "wasn't the death penalty, but its so bad the death penalty would almost be preferred."

So now I'm confused.
