Yesterday made it clear how different the Big 12 is from the SEC

Big 12 Media days are a joke compared to the SEC Media Days. I don't think I've ever seen A&M on ESPN for that long at one time that wasn't during a football game. Big 12 Media Days=old people genealogy meetings or Mary Kay parties. SEC Media days is like ComicCon for college football.

Ha, I suppose but it'll still be ten times the coverage that we're used to from the Big 12 Media Days.

Mizzou has never really had the respect they deserved, especially Pinkel as a coach, because of being in the Big 12 North in a time where OU and Texas was winning the Big 12 every year (usually OU) so winning the Big 12 North was seen as a small ordeal, but they've beaten quality opponents OOC and in bowl games and have recruited well out of state and in state, and really maximized that talent.
That said, Moe was really butt hurt over Swope's pre-season all-SEC selection.

Well aggies don't freak to bad. It's still football on a 120 yard playing surface with like just a few more people watching. It's not like the SEC is full of terminators or anything. If y'all score more points it's actually possible for us to lose a game!

Guys on TexAgs said that Sumlin was going non-stop for five hours yesterday, while Sherman last year spent the middle of the Big 12 Media Day in a room reading an e-book on his iPad.
