This one was close and at first I thought he was in but after the replay from the opposite angle it looked pretty clear that the ball wasn't over the pylon.

I am still furious about that and voiced my disguest with the SEC via email to which they have never responded

Man I bet it was very strongly worded. I'm sure you showed them. They probably didn't write you back because they're scared that you have caught onto their scheme.

If that kind of shinanigans happens in StarkVegas that ref will be assaulted before he gets out of the stadium.

So is everyone in Starkville a badass or is it just you (and bundy of course)?

We know the SEC will not ever help out the smaller schools so we have to come the conclusion that we will take matters into our own hands

I agree. You should move to the Sun Belt to show the big bad SEC. Plus you might actually have a shot at winning a conference championship. Although Troy would probably keep up the trend of Alabama schools struttin' dat arse on MSU.

Soooo much mad

Can you explain why the ref turned his back to Mullen in the final play? Every referree in every league in the NCAA knows a coach will call a TO if we don't get the TD. Every single one of them KNOW that. It is there job to be facing the coach as soon as the whistle blows to anticipate a TO. We had 2 in the bag. The only reason he had his back to our coaching staff was to run time off the clock and make it highly improbable that we score.

They put 3 seconds back on the clock, way more than that was run off after the whistle blew. First whistle blew with 14 seconds on the clock, they let it run down to 7 while Mullen was trying to call a TO and only put the clock back to 10 seconds. On 2nd and goal we should have had one more crack at the end zone. Thats all there is to it. You would have not stopped us twice in a row.

I mean I'll admit I felt we got screwed on a few calls, but we beat ourselves in the end. The only play I felt really put us at a distinct disadvantage was the 4th down call I was talking about, only cause ya'll scored later in the drive. That hurt, but had Relf not been a dumbarse or Mullen not had a brain fart, it would've gone to OT.

LINK The whistles started blowing at 0:12. They move the clock back to 0:10 because that's when he went to the ground. Do you really think they could have gotten off another play if they had added 2 or 3 more seconds?

Maybe because, as is his wont, Mullen was a total dick from his sideline for the entire game and they were sick of his shite?

But you're right... poor MSU. They've only sucked for ages because of the mean refs.

If memory serves, didn't a miracle occur shortly thereafter and the MSU headsets started working again?

Please feel free to rewatch the game and count the number of reviews AU had vs us. Everytime you got near the 1st down line on key plays you were automatically awarded a first. Everytime we did they brought out the sticks. And we were usually on or over it. If they had measured yours you would have lost about 5 key first downs in that game.

So you really believe they could have ran back to the line, gotten set, and got a play called within 4 seconds? Relf was still on the ground when the clock hit 0:00
