No he's not, but just because the Alachua Cty DA's office is firmly up UF's AD's butt doesn't mean there ain't plenty of the this kind of stuff going down in Gainesville. I seem to recall a Spring of automatic weapon fire not too long ago.

Yes...there has been plenty of crap thats happened at UF...especially when Meyer was there, he started recruiting "personal salvage projects" ...also had too many "favorites" that started friction in the locker room. Thats why Im glad Boom is here now...when hired his best quote was "Im no babysitter"...he wears no socks during interviews and is down to earth, no nonsense person...and a southerner.
My problem with Richt is the crap he has allowed his DC to do...his team running to end zone enmass to celebrate a touchdown? In 2007 we only had 2 returning starters back on defense from our BCS title team in 2006...so you outscored us, but we took you behind the woodshed in 2008 to teach Richt a lesson in being cute. He was on the hottest of seats last year when you lost two early games and the dawgs wanted his azz out...my my how memories fade.
Schools are always going to have minor problems with 18-20 yr olds on campus...underage drinking and such...but firearms with serials filed off? And yes we had a player that discharged a weapon four or five years ago I believe..kicked off the team of course.

I will never be sorry for "the Celebration". I was at that Cocktail Party and it was such a great, great moment in CFB. I don't care that the UGA team paid for it with ridiculous penalties for the next few years. It was still worth it.
