Only premier athletic programs attract sidewalkers. I embrace our sidewalk fanbase, as alumni we have to cheer for our university, sidewalkers choose to, without sidewalkers SEC football is as popular as the Ivy League or Division 1aa.

Considering that LSU is the only major college program in the State of Louisiana and the vast majority of the citizens of Louisiana did not graduate from LSU, I would venture to say that LSU has more sidewalk fans than Alabama.

I have no problem with people who didn't go to LSU who wanna root for the Tigers. But at least try not to make us look bad while doing so. It gives us all a bad name. Especially current students and alums.
