Also had my DD pulled over 3(yes, 3) times while I was underage and the cops never questioned me too hard.
Ironically, the only trouble I got in was freshman year in Jacksonville when I got a 75 dollar ticket. And that's with hundreds of times drinking underage in Athens.
I will say I may be the exception though.

Not an attorney, is the biggest problem that the guns serial numbers had been filed off? Do most programs have rules against hand guns? He did not use the gun, be cooperated with the police. I think this just may have been his third, fourth or more strike.
