At least once a week during football season. Finebaum has him on because he views Sheridan as a credible, well respected name in sports.

Hell, weren't a lot of bama fans on here saying, "hey, if he says there is a bagman, there is a bagman. Sheridan is well respected, he wouldn't risk his career on making something up" ?

Sheridan did an interview where he pretty much said that the whole "bagman" ordeal was orchestrated by Finebaum. I can believe that, but considering the source...

at that point in time anyone who was feigning to know anything about auburn and cam (so long as it was bad were most respected ___ out there, anyone saying non negative things were hacks). Afterall a guy who post (was it W&L that everyone cited as staking is e-reputation as though that's credit) on a message board, Redfish and Danny were the most reputable people in the land.

Buying followers is, if you think about it, the height of narcissism. You’re buying followers to dupe casual Twitter users into thinking you’re more popular and influential than you really are.

Nailed it. Sheridan is a douche canoe.

20,000 followers for $127? I might have to do that. Sounds like a great deal.

Give me $127 and I'll follow you. At least whatever you tweet will be seen by a real person.

Not that I really understand Twitter, but this seems like advertising or self-promotion to me. If so, I don't see the problem with the strategy.

It's false advertising. He's paying to have followers who don't exist. They are mass dummy accounts created by computer programs. There is no one behind those accounts. For example, I might have 30 people who follow me on twitter who actually see what I tweet. Then I pay the money, and all of a sudden it says I have 20,030 people following me. But I really don't. I still have the same 30 I did before. Those 20,000 "people" don't exist.

As long as Julie Roe Lach is following him when he releases the bag man, I don't care.

It's become apparent to be that this Sheridan guy is one of those public figures that is so stupid, its unbelievable they've had the version of success they've had.
