Ranking the SEC in terms of the overall sports programs

Based upon national success in the big 3 sports, since Arkansas joined the league.
In no particular order, the top 8 would have to be:
LSU, Florida, Bama, Auburn, Tenn, Georgia, SC, Kentucky.
The next tier would have to be:
Vandy, Texas A&M, Missouri
The bottom tier would have to be:
Arkansas, Miss State, and Ole Miss
I believe these are pretty valid groupings based upon national success. YET, we have many on this board for a certain team claiming they are one of the top overall sports programs in the SEC. Wow.

Is this in terms of WINNING national championships or just getting close.....like 21 points away or so.

Winning championships, and getting close. Obviously, winning conference championships goes a long way. I took note of your attempt at an insult, and since you are a bottom feeder, I won't even point out your fail. I forgot about Arky winning the championship in basketball in the early 90's...I might need to have them in the mix at 9-10-11...

Historically? LSU is 5th in the nation in NCAA championships across 7 different sports. Probably construed as a homer statement (maybe it is) but I'd say LSU easily. Last 10-20 years...I'd say UF.

Dunno, in the middle somewhere. Your list is weird because you have USCe in the top tier, based on... What they did in one sport the last couple years?

was not baiting...I was pointing out what to me is a very relevant ranking of the SEC teams. Arkansas is at the VERY BEST #9, and at the worst #11...I don't even think hog fans can argue that....yet many on here are claiming to have one of the elite overall sports programs in the SEC.
