My problem with it is that the blogger is either stupid or condescending. Asking "Why did Dan Mullen receive a contract extention after finishing 7-6 last season?" shows that he is ignorant, or he was just trying to troll a little.
Marcello's replay should have been- "It was the 3rd best season they have had in the last 11 years- why wouldnt they?"

It's an honest question. Why do it after a barely break even season. Was his contract over after 2012?

He could have figured that one out with a quick google search. State posters did the same in 2010 after Nutt got the same roll over thing and were called stupid on here.

a 7-6 record at State is like winning 9-10 at Auburn- and should be rewarded as such. We havent had a coach leave Starkville with a winning record since WW II
