Nah. I might have exaggerated a bit with 95%, but I don't think it would be a problem if he wanted to transfer within the conference. UF is probably the only program he wouldn't be allowed to go to.
The level of talent Cal is bringing in next year is just unfair. If they come together early I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them run the table.
