Seems like he's interviewed his arse off the past couple of years and no one has been impressed.
He will likely continue to win 6 or 7 games and beat Ole Miss every year.
Is he the next Paterno (minus the success)?

He will either get one of those jobs where the alumni dictate the hire more than adminstration or stay at state for a while and keep their fans happy with high hopes and contentment with being who they are

I have talked to a handful of state fans that have said they'd like to see him tone it down some, but as long as they're winning egg bowls (championships) he's not going anywhere.

Mullen is a douche. He was terrible for our recruiting, I'm glad he isn't at Florida and that he was never considered for the job.

the fact that he's an average coach is what is going to keep him at MSU for a long time.

The TV deals are allowing Vandy, MSU, etc. to compete when it comes to facilities, salaries, etc. so unless he has a breakout year and actually beats someone besides Ole Miss, then he is not going anywhere. What AD at an SEC school would want him?

I would much rather hear an Ole Miss fan talk about what their school is going to to do stop the current streak of losses to State and stop downplaying State's recent success (by MSU standards)by saying they only beat us (Ole Miss). Have some respect for yourself.

I saw him last night walking to the concession stand. I was like two sections over from you.
Did you see Houston Nutt on the jumbotron before the game? They were trying to get some old guy behind him to put on his shirt, and I was like "oh shite yall, that's Houston Nutt in front of him."
