I cannot stand Ohio State, Texas, USC and Florida State. But I would say USC takes the cake.

The AP awarded USC the National Championship in 2003. Should the Trojans just give it back? 
Not knocking LSU, but OU had no business being in the BCSCG that season, after getting manhandled by Kansas State 35-7 in their CCG.

Texas and USC get their cocks slobbed on by ESPN and the media more than any other team. They are more talked about than a team like Arkansas who went 11-2 when Texas had yet another embarrassing season and USC was on bowl ban. Both of those teams have the largest states to just cherry pick from while everyone in the SEC goes after each other in recruiting. They are the biggest underachieving teams for the talent that is in their backyard.
