What NCAA Violations Will Be Found in The Petrino Case?

I have heard different people say that in the whole Petrino mess there were not NCAA violations. I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if this is true.
Thoughts on if there have been NCAA violations found yet, or if there will be that will put the football program at future risk?

Asking if the hiring within the football program that leads to the coach being fired is a violation? Or where there's that smoke there could be more fires?

Only thing I can think of is a secondary for the payment of staff out of pocket which all penalties were re education.

No NCAA violations most likely, although it's damn hard not to slip up and have a secondary now and then.
