I'm not sure how good we are but we do seem to bring out the worst in other teams. We have good pitching, we hit for a high average and have te 2 leading base stealers in the conference. Unfortunately we are awful in the field and suck at bunting which we do a lot of.

i guess it's the correct link. it has a blank screen with the play signal in the middle. every five seconds the buffering signal pops up and it says searching for stream. Maybe I need to change a setting or something

Too early to tell if Auburn is good, but I do think the predicted last place finish in the west was a total joke.

it wasn't a joke at all. the whole division is extrememly close as far as talent if you take alabama out.

True. We aren't quite there though with the other teams... we have talent but it's young talent and it shows. Other than Stratton and Reed our pitching is average and we don't hit near good enough.

The thing with this Auburn team is there is no one that I would consider an elite talent. There's no superstars just a bunch of solid ballplayers that have got a ton of confidence and now have figured out how to win. Early in the year we had multiple chances to win games but didn't come through. Now we are getting those hits. That and our starting pitching has really settled in and guys like Luckie and Smith who struggled as starters have found roles in the bullpen.
I am really interested to see what happens when we play Arky. They seemed till this weekend to be the best in the SEC West. Im just glad that we are competing at such a high level this year after last year's disappointment

We had way to many question marks before the season so I can't argue with the prediction. In hindsight those question marks seemed to have been answered so far.
Big 2 out hit by Yak. He has been struggling at the plate and needed that.

They seem to have started too here in SEC play. I didn't say they weren't talented but I don't think there's a guy on this team that you point to and say "ya that guy's gonna be a pro." Just lots of solid ballplayers IMO

Somebody may need to update the thread depending on how long this last 6 outs take. I get to go to Chucky Cheese for my youngest 4th birthday and may not be around to update the title.
