I'm thinking about buying some tickets in the terrace. I know I will be way up there but how bad is it? Is is worth it?

Pretty bad. The NCAA even has "distant viewing" stamped on those tickets. I sat up there in 1987 for UNLV-IU and Syracuse-Providence. Its weird almost like a split second delay when a guy scores and then the crowd 'roars'.

Its still fun, but you really can't see much of anything.

I sit in the terrace for saints games and it's fine, but I can't imagine why anyone would sit up there for a basketball game. Idk maybe it will depend on which section its in and where the court will be.

It's fine if you just want the experience of being there, but don't expect to feel like a big part of the action. I wouldn't pay too much to do it.
