And people are wondering why Alabama has so many people on their staff with different titles. This is why. I bet all of the people that were hired like Tim Davis, Billy Napier, Mike Groh spent a majority of their time helping out with recruiting. Things like scheduling visits, writing letters to recruits, talking to high school coaches, and a lot of the other dirty work is what they have been doing. The additional manpower on staff combined with the recent success has made Alabama absolutely unstoppable on the recruiting trail.

Or more than likely someone forgot to mail merge and the letters went to the same person rather than 105 different people

I'm usually not thrilled with a 190 lb RB, makes me think of Isaiah Crowell (who gets injured a lot).
