Kennedy's is more than warm. If they don't make the NCAAs he's probably going to be fired.

trents has warmed up thanks to him sucking at recruiting. major frick up in the gathers recruiting could cost him his job, the good news for trent is that joe is a weak ad so he might keep him.

AK saved his job by the eye test this year. We have about a 40% chance at making the tourney and if that happens we will give him an extension. The only contributer we are losing this year is Henry.

He gets a free pass due to the built in excuse that comes with a new DC and OC. If he keeps it up after next year then it will start heating up a little bit.

Thought it was kind of a knee-jerk hire to begin with. He has done nothing and the program is worse than it was a few years ago when he was OC. I think another season like 2011 and he's gone.

Trent needs an improved season this year whether he got Gathers or not.
If that happens, he'll be fine, if not, then at the very least, the seat will get hot.

The reason he was hired to begin with was to not lose the steam Brooks had built. That obviously didn't work out. It's not like he was hired from outside the program. Things would be different if he had. Then again, Brooks went 3-9 in 2005 and came back and won 8 games in 2006 including a bowl win over Clemson.
