I think Alford has a visit set up sometime this month. I'd expect the offer to go out then since it seems like it is just a matter of time before we offer.

If Alford gets an offer before April 1, then he'll enroll in May/June.

He's what most would refer to as an "athlete", we'd discussed slot WR with him during the season, but now we're looking at him for DB and that's one reason the coaches want to evaluate him more before we offer.

No, he's not the commit that Foster was speaking of (that news might not come out until Saturday or Sunday), but he IS visiting this weekend and THAT is very, very good news. We need to get him on campus as much as possible. Also, he was the one who contacted Richt so he clearly wants to go.
