i think most people are being sarcastic because alabama fans reacted the same way when they heard about the teabagger. both sides have been flaming about the situations but i seriously doubt they think what happened is appropriate.

exactly its drunk people we are dealing with here that are clearly emotional. You can't reason with them or say anything to them. The best thing to do is keep walking and let them be and sulk. Even if he was completely trying to be nice with his comment (which i dont buy) it was kinda dumb on his part. Its not excusing what the guy did in any way just stating some common sense and this guy would be able to eat solid foods right now.

They talk big on their laptops hundreds of miles away. But they defend their fans rubbing their genitals in a guy's face and body. Sounds to me like New Orleans gansta got the BAMA fan. Kind of wierd they can't describe them and no one saw it on video etc.
