That dude is so fricked if he has to spend a little time in OPP. I know they will be so excited to get a white boy from Alabama in there.

ETA: Especially when they find out what he's in for
While no one believes this video represents how most Alabama fans act, it has gone viral and gotten a lot of hits on major news websites, so does Paul Finebaum think this hurts the Bama fan reputation?
Isn't this lame excuse for Bama Fans getting old?

Video or it didn't happen. We all know about Bama fans and their ficticious claims (14 titles, lol). I think the guy is an attention whore liar.

Odd how you didn't hear a word about that until this story surfaced. Is there a video of that happening too??

That is quite peculiar. You'd think an old man having his jaw broken and another person being stabbed would be all over Bama forums right away.

From Jan. 11th, well before the sack dragger story broke:

Well I'll take back my previous statement. Somehow I doubt the father in law just said hey or hello or something you would say in passing like the kid says happened. Regardless, I'm sure they were someplace that had security cameras.

So I havent read any of these comments.

Do most of these Bama posters find this sexual assault funny as I suspect they do?

I don't think this act was funny at all. It gave me the creeps. What I do find funny is the hysteria it's created. If it had happened in Tuscaloosa, BOTH would have already spent time in jail. Since it happened on Bourbon St, it sounds like a "dog bites man" story.

Same thing about grandpa's broken jaw. The only reason we're talking about these incidents is because you can pin the attacker/victim on a particular fanbase.

Tiger fans double standard is astounding

You're not referring to an LSU fan getting a good laugh while relating a story about how they threw piss bombs over a fence at a bunch of visting fans but expressing outrage over a drunken tea-bagger are you?

Bammers, breaking someone's jaw is bad... HOWEVER, it does not excuse the behavior of the MANY fans who video taped and participated in the Krystal Assault... This was not the act of a single drunk.

The two situations are not connected...

So Bammer Logic: Well you guys hit a Bammer, so it is OK for a group of Bama fans to assault a drunk LSU fan...

This story was reported on WAFF this morning in Huntsville and they said that the fans that watch may be suspended from UA. I sure hope so b/c to stand around a watch that is almost a sick as performing the act.

The fan who actually performed the act if caught will have to register as a sex offender. There goes that career.

New Orleans has been plagued with crime long before the Bayou Beatdown.

How about the folks in the purple shirts in the background who did nothing. Or the employees?

Look, what the guy did was creepy and wrong and he deserves something for what he did. But the hyperbole yall have taken this too is a bit over the top.

Maybe NOLA should clean up that shithole and cut out the public drunkeness and maybe you wouldn't have a fraction of the crime that goes on there, or people passing out in public. When you go to a place that celebrates lewdness, you're going to find it, whether you wanted it or not.

I don't see why the bystanders should be punished. Just the sack dragger and the wannabe porno film director camera guy.

Maybe peoPle should learn to handle alcohol. Put the blame on the people, this is not a NOLA problem. Just because NOLA allows you to get wasted doesn't mean it's somehow ok to rub your balls on another dudes face, gtfo.

ETA: the employees who saw it should see some type of punishment IMO.
