How often does a team have fouls to give at the end?

This is the 2nd game I've seen State have 4 or less fouls in the final 30 seconds and be able to use them to help run time off the clock.

haha beat you to it buddy, this is the data i gathered from adding up all the games...comes out to a lot. hope that helps.
