I really felt bad for the guy, as the first idiot who questioned him was basically calling him out. No place for that right after a tough loss.

Either way he made it seem like he had no idea what to do to attack offensively in this game. I always thought Miles had a huge hand in the play calling and decision making that went into the offense. Maybe an LSU fan can correct me on that assumption.

Also, I have a new found respect for Tyrann Mathieu and especially Eric Reid. Granted they were not allowed to say much, but definitively said all the right things. Some of our players could have taken note on how to lose with some humility.

I wont bore you with my complete thoughts on the game, but I believe if we played again, that the games wouldnt even be remotely similar to what we saw last night. LSU looked tight and nervous. I never remember them being so tentative on offense. Defense was ferocious as usual, and if the offense didnt put them in so many bad situations we may still be playing.

We just had a good game plan for this one game, and will I am glad for it. I am not looking forward to next year in Death Valley

Finally someone that gets it. I'm not saying LSU would win if we played again, just that last nights game....wasn't really a game.

As for next years game, I am only 18, so it will probably be the most personal one I have ever seen. Looking forward to it.

Most reasonable Alabama fans realize that the LSU - Alabama will be a heated rivalry for the foreseeable future and these two teams will be in the mix to play in the NC every year.

Kind of nice to see the LSU-based fan forum up and fully running and not the pussy-ish "this forum is closed to LSU fans" that was displayed by the TideFags forum.

The "idiot" you speak of is Bobby Hebert who played quarterback in the NFL and his question/statement was fair IMO

Eh, if our team would have gotten stomped 21-0, then I don't think that they would have said the things that they said after the Nov. 5th. They just said what they truly felt, and its turns out, they were absolutely right.

Question was fair... but the way he approached and basically made a statement was dumb. Miles was not even an hour removed the game.

I can agree with this somewhat, but sometimes it just better to say all the right things regardless. I guess I was just more surprised it came from a player like the "honey badger" whose reputation is larger than life.

bullshite. Les Miles makes millions of dollars a year. A legitimate question, as that was, is always permissible. No place for it after a tough loss? You have got to be kidding me.

Thank you Bobby for commenting on the giant elephant in the room.

Yeah the truth hurts sometimes though. 5 first downs is pathetic and i dont care what defense is on the field. The question could have waited for a later date but Bobby was probably a little bit frustrated because his son (a senior who has played and/or started all the other games this year and previous years) didnt get a snap. So he probably was a little frustrated and didnt care about Miles's feelings at the time

I definitely respect TM7 and Reid for being gracious in defeat.

This is a game that will eat at Miles this offseason IMO.

He is a very passionate player on the field.

He is soft-spoken off the field.

Miles deserved to be called out for that performance. A former NFL QB whose kid plays on the team has a right to demand an answer.

He's also the parent of T-Bob Hebert. No way they should have had him in there asking questions. There's no way he could have been objective and he showed his arse.
