Was just sent this link, sorry if already posted, but I was thinking really? Do some Auburn fans think this?

LINK

quote:

Because God has repeatedly allowed Auburn to rise above Alabama’s greatest accomplishments of the last four decades, Auburn fans should hope to see him continue to do the same.

Anyone who thinks god cares about a football game (even one with Tim Tebow) should never be allowed to procreate.

Did not read the article, but God does not pull for certain teams. His ways are not our ways. In Alabama you have a misguided few who preach Alabama football and religion at the same time.

God be with all believers who put God above Auburn, LSU, and Alabama.

If bama fans can worship a dead bear then Auburn and Tebow can worship God.

The initial inspiration for the book came in January of 2010, when Alabama won the BCS Championship. I found myself asking why (i.e. why had God allowed Alabama to win the BCS Championship?) and how long (i.e. how long will I have to listen to bammers arrogantly tout their satisfaction?). I knew that in the book of Psalms, the poets pose the questions of why (e.g. “why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?” Ps 42:9b) and how long (e.g. “How long will the wicked, O LORD, how long will the wicked be jubilant?” Ps 94:3).
