Unreal but true, he has relocated to the small town of Albany LA with his daughter. He was in the post office mailing off some paperwork in relation to the case this morning. Could not believe it...of all places on earth, dude lives prolly less than a mile from me as the crow flies.

Maybe you could buy a t-shirt or make a donation to his defense fund. His daughter has set up a facebook page for it.

The state allowed him to move while pending criminal charges? I find that hard to believe.

Yea they said on the radio today he would be there. What is sad is He is getting a lot out of what he did. If he wouldn't have poisoned the trees he would be sitting at home

It is pretty unreal. I did have some moron steal all my Christmas stuff out the front yard...perhaps this dude getting bored. He supposedly was sentenced to 13 years and somehow this got to be an FBI case. Not sure of the validity of any of that. Dude is definitely NOT right. And to think....Crimson Tide (the daughter) has been living here for several year supposedly. I told an AU buddy I would find out where he lives and we can go roll his trees and dump a few lbs of Gramoxone around em' they will die. LOL!

Or if he would have just kept his damn mouth shut. The most offensive aspect of the whole fiasco is that he poisoned the trees. But the second most offensive part is that he was stupid enough to give himself away.

Mike's not a tree. He can fight back.

I doubt that even Updyke is that stupid...but I'd love to see him try.

I ate dinner at Middendorfs tonight, which is where he met the reporter for one of his first interviews after this whole thing.

I was keeping a close eye on the Alabama fans in the corner fwiw.

Mike is fine, so long as no one starts the rumor that LSU fans feasted on corn dogs the day The Bear died.
