I saw a lot of rumblings on here a while back about him jumping from FSU to Bama. Is that not the case anymore?

I'm not counting on it, but there is a legit chance.

Some have said he's just flirting though...

He can play minor league baseball during the summer in the ACC. Can't do it in the SEC.
Where would YOU go?

It seems like he's set on football all the way.

Im not holding my breath...my hopes raised a bit when was sitting with Ragland at the UA game but I heard he was doing the chop at the skills competition as well.

It's possible. Personally, I really don't care either way. I want defensive superstars, a stout offensive line, beast halfbacks, and talented WR's, in that order. As long as the QB doesn't make a lot of mistakes, he doesn't have to be anything special. That's just my personal preference, FWIW.

Even if he is, some baseball team is bound to offer him a pretty fat contract. No point in turning down all that money if you don't have to.

Dude looked shitty through most of the game yesterday.

Made a couple decent throws.

I would LOVE for Bama to take this kid.

I don't think he flips because one like that guy mentioned, he can play baseball for a minor league team in the ACC and not in the SEC.

Also, if he switches to Bama and then decides to play pro baseball (which I think he will), I think he feels he would be upsetting a lot of people in his home state.

He was 8 for 9 with two touchdowns and was named the MVP of the game. Sure you werent watching Jarret Lee's freshman highlights?

As for baseball, he did not even have the highest average on his HS team and was not their top pitcher... Not a first rounder.

If he does, it won't be until after NSD. He's going to be at a baseball tournament in Europe, and won't sign on 2/1/12.

Only a couple were good passes.

The 75 yard TD, he was COMPLETELY bailed out by Cooper.

Cooper should have been the offensive MVP. Winston looked awful.

If Winston comes to Bama, Cooper can look forward to bailing him out for 3-4 years.

Winston will not take the starting job from AJ and he has two years left.
