Early Entry...Is there a consensus for Trent going/staying?

Any other big names around the SEC likely to go (outside of LSU, I mean...MC is considered gone and the Rant has discused RR until it's :beatdeadhorse: )?

I'd advise Trent to go pro. He's a lock 1st round pick this year, probably in the top 15.

He's probably gone. If he wants to stay to provide leadership it wouldn't surprise me, but he has two kids and it'd really benefit them a lot if he went pro as early as he could. If he really wants to win the Heisman and he doesn't this year that'd be a factor too I suppose, but again he's considered one of the better RB prospects in a long time, probably not the best, but he's up there. He'll go in the top 15 and he'll get a nice offer.

he needs to go, as much as alabama fans would like him to stay.
and, thinking about the last couple of heisman quality players who stayed--luck & tebow--their last year didn't necessarily hurt them, but it did not turn out the way most would have expected.

With 2 children there ain't no way ain't no how he comes back unless bama is giving him a shite ton of money. There is literally NO reason whatsoever for someone in his situation to come back to school instead of go to the NFL right now.
As for Georgia, the only one who might leave early for us is Orson Charles. Everyone else will likely come back.

I don't think we should resort to the "He's being paid" thing if he comes back, he said he wants to get his degree, but I was reading in some Tuscaloosa magazine about how he matured in high school. He IS very mature and does make adult-like decisions, he knows what is best for his children.

No way I'd advise a RB to stay . NFL careers for running backs are what, 2-4 years average? He'd be pissing away a large chunk of his potential earnings.

I do, because that is the only explanation. Wants his degree? He can get it later in life. He's already won a national title. The only reason for him to come back would be for the extremely selfish reason of winning a Heisman. Not to mention he could suffer a career ending injury.
