Other than Brad Wing's TD, any other SEC TD's called back for taunting?

I don't remember hearing about any others being called back in the SEC. Would be the second time in the past decade that the only time a penalty was called was against LSU. First was the rule against landing on your own team when jumping to block a field goal. It was called once all season in 2004 in the Auburn game and gave them a second chance to make an extra point and win vs. overtime. And yes, I'm still bitter.

I think this may be the only one in the NCAA called back so far

Didn't USCw's team come out on the field and a TD at the end of the game was called back?

And didn't this affect the Vegas spreads, and thus the bookies still gave the points to USCw?

Well you need to get over it. LSU has won a national championship since then and is playing for another one.

Get mad at your former coach who was on the committee that voted to approve that new rule, then.

I think this is the only time this rule has been enforced. And it caused such a stir, that they haven't enforced it since, even though there have been many more flagrant examples since.

My guess is the refs have been directed to not call it any more this year, unless it's just extraordinarily over the top.

Look to see the rule changed back in the offseason.

This is exactly what happened in 2004.

You just KNEW it would be called against LSU

The refs love setting examples by flagging LSU with new rules

The points were initially taken off the board in the USC game, but later that night USC was awarded the points because the call was made on the bench. According to the rule, to take points off the board the taunting must come from the field.

It screwed up Vegas because they already started to pay out the underdog for USC not covering. With the TD added on, USC covered. I think Vegas ended up paying out everyone.
