B Taylor should've at least been 2nd team & Reid 1st team All SEC! To see Taylor not on any list is a shame! & yes Chris Faulk played like the best LT in the SEC & at times in CFB!

Why did he deserve it over Barron?

so your argument is a game where they both had picks? Compelling.

Better numbers. If that is the gauge.

I thought so too. Seems to be the only argument on this board.

Barron had 1 more tackle but Reid played better competition and in the biggest game he made the biggest play to keep his team undefeated.

I don't think he did unless ESPN is just wrong, which really is possible their statistics index is garbage at times.

I would hope he won't live off of hype as Barron has done for the last two years.

yeah, espn said that Reid has a few more tackles than Barron, but he also played in more game than Barron, but he was also the reason that Barron did not get that extra game, so hmmmmm

Really? He has played great the past two years. Yeah, he was sketchy in coverage at times last year, but he still played like a beast for the most part.

He didn't play in the Arkansas game because he was injured.

I just think that his sophomore year has really put him, in the eyes of lazy voters, as the guy they were going to vote for regardless of what happened during the year. He's the one player that I could have bet a thousand bucks on as being on these teams no matter what he did during the course of the season.

This has, in my mind, been true for the last two years with his great sophomore year.

he has absolutely backed up the hype this year though, no?

I kind of agree with you about last year.
